Bowis Report on the work of the ACP/EU JPA in 2004

John Bowis has written a report for the Development Committee of the European Parliament regarding the work of the ACP-EU Joint Parliamentary Assembly in 2004.

The report reviews the meeting in Addis Ababa (February 2004) and The Hague (November 2004).

The report recalls the reports and resolutions adopted by the JPA and explains that the setting up of the Standing Committees has led to the development of the JPA into a genuine parliamentary assembly.
